1. General Terms

Welcome to the 98taka platform. These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between 98taka and its users. By using our website, mobile site or app, or by creating an account, you are considered to have fully accepted these Terms.

These Terms are written in Bengali and apply to users in Bangladesh. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using the 98taka platform.

The following payment methods are accepted for depositing funds on the 98taka platform: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200.

When making a deposit, follow the correct payment reference and instructions. Transactions made with incorrect information may cause delays in processing the deposit.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. However, in cases where identity verification is required, additional time may be needed.

New members will receive a 100% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,000 bonus giving a total balance of ৳2,000; or depositing ৳22,000 earns the maximum ৳10,000 bonus giving a total balance of ৳32,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

A 20x wagering requirement applies to the welcome bonus. This means that to withdraw the bonus amount, you must wager 20 times the bonus amount. For example, for a ৳1,000 bonus you must place bets worth ৳20,000.

5.3 General Bonus Usage Rules

• Each bonus offer has its own terms; contact customer support to learn about the terms of a specific promotion.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be used at the same time unless specifically permitted.
• Bonuses can only be used on designated games on the 98taka platform.
• If bonus terms are violated, the bonus and any associated winnings may be forfeited.

5.4 VIP Program

98taka has four VIP levels: Bronze — up to 0.4% weekly cashback; Silver — up to 0.8% weekly cashback; Gold — up to 1.1% weekly cashback; Platinum — up to 1.5% weekly cashback. Advancement to a higher level depends on your overall activity on the platform. 98taka may change the detailed terms of VIP benefits.

6. Betting and Gaming Rules

6.1 Rules for Placing Bets

A bet once confirmed cannot be cancelled or changed. If a bet is processed incorrectly due to a technical error, 98taka reserves the right to cancel or reassign the relevant bet.

6.2 Cricket Betting

For cricket betting, bets can be placed on BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC tournaments and other international matches. If a match is abandoned or drawn, the platform's designated rules will apply to the relevant bets.

6.3 Live Casino and Slots

Live casino games are played in real time with professional dealers. In the event of a disconnection, the game result will be determined automatically by the system and will be considered final.

6.4 Fair Play

98taka operates games using Random Number Generator (RNG) technology and fair play principles. Results are completely unbiased and random.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 98taka platform:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts
• Using another person's account or placing bets with a third party's funds
• Placing artificial bets or collaborative betting to exploit the bonus system
• Placing bets using software, bots, automated scripts or artificial intelligence
• Exploiting technical errors or bugs in the platform to gain unfair advantage
• Conducting money laundering or other illegal financial activities
• Operating an account using a false identity or forged documents

If such activities are detected, 98taka reserves the right to immediately close the relevant account and forfeit all balances.

8. Account Closure and Suspension

98taka may suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following cases:

• Violation of any part of these Terms
• Detection of fraudulent or suspicious activity
• Due to a directive from authorities or a legal obligation
• Age verification not completed

8.2 Closure by the User

You may request closure of your account at any time via live chat or email. You will be given the opportunity to withdraw the available balance before the account is closed, however any bonus that has not met its wagering requirement will be cancelled.
